What should I expect in the session?

Our Breathwork sessions last 60-75 minutes. This time is broken into 3 parts. During the first part, we will introduce you to the breathwork. The second part consists of the active breathing portion. This lasts about 35 minutes long. It is accompanied by positive, upbeat music played at a loud volume. The reason for this is so that each person feels like they are in their own cocoon which helps people feel more comfortable. In the third part, the active breathing technique stops and breathing returns to normal. Softer music is played and participants are guided through a new process. 
When you book your class, you will receive a link to an explainer video which will explain the breathwork practice in more detail and ensure you feel fully prepared and relaxed turning up for your session.
