I was called “brave” for naming my business, The Witch of Wall Street.
Truth is, it felt like the most natural name to choose for this soul led mission of female financial empowerment.
I remember brainstorming with my mentor The Content Queen, when this name dropped in. It felt like a whole body, immediate YESSSSS!
This was it. The embodiment of my purpose in 5 simple words.
You see, the Witches of the world are the exact kind of women I want to work with and show how to bridge the world of investing and finance.
Many moons ago, I read a life changing book that resonated so deeply with me and transformed my understanding of what a “witch” really is.
“Witch” by Lisa Lister was that book.
My takeaway after a few nights of devouring it while soaked in my rose filled bathtub, was that the word Witch was one to be embraced, not feared.
Instead of the main stream depiction of some warted woman, who casts evil spells and practices voodoo, WITCH was actually a symbol of female empowerment.
It was a reclamation of the power of feminine energy, a coming home to your inner power, your guiding intuition, and a remembering of the strength of the sisterhood, the coven.
The witchy women are the ones using their powers and gifts for good in the world, casting their spells of love, impact and oneness.
Supporting the women in my world to step in and claim their title as wealthy witches is the work I was put here for.
A wealthy witch is self empowered and financially empowered, and to “some” that may be a dangerous combination.
But to me, it’s bloody brilliant!
So maybe it was a brave move, or maybe it was a guided one.
One I know magnetises the very women who spread ripples of positive impact across the world. The ones that use greater amounts of money to make positive impacts in their lives and the lives of others.
So here’s to all my witches, on their journey to becoming wealthy witches, and if that’s you, you’re so very welcome here and I’m so grateful for your presence.
